Ridgeway Butte is a new residential subdivision located on a mountain overlooking the city of Lebanon, Ore.
Views from the property include the city lights at night and serene South Santiam River and Willamette Valley views
through the trees during the day. The property is located within the city limits and has public utilities.


2.) How many lots does Ridgeway Butte have?
Ridgeway Butte is currently approved for 285 residential lots.

3.) When will Ridgeway Butte start construction?
Ridgeway Butte is being built in phases with the initial site preparations currently underway. Completion of
Phase I is planned for the spring of 2010 and will include 30 to 50 homes on the west side of the butte.

4.) Why is Ridgeway Butte known as a "community in nature"?
Ridgeway Butte's unique location and design provides the solitude of a park-like setting with the benefits of a
community lifestyle. There are a wide variety of oversized home sites, some with low to no-maintenance on acreage.
In addition to residential lots, plans include a forest trail, a paved multi-purpose pathway and a community park.

5.) Am I able to purchase a lot?
Reservations are being taken from interested parties, however, lots are not currently for sale.
